This toner was developed exclusively for skin troubled by sebum and dead skin cells such as excess sebum and acne. Containing 25% plum water and 3% glycolic acid, it helps to exfoliate old dead skin cells. Its light and refreshing formula creates even greater synergy when used with a cotton pad.

Pump 1-2 pumps onto a cotton pad and gently sweep across the face.
